Field Format     Instructions
Date dd-mm-yy Date that the activity was done; eg 01-09-10 for 1st Sep 2010.
Activity   Select from drop-down list.
If "other" enter details in the text box below.
Number in team integer Number of members in the team for this activity; used to calculate the total effort.
Time integer The time (in minutes) that each team member spent on this activity.
eg:  if a team of 3 works on this activity and paddock from 8-30 am to 10-30 am, the time entered is 120 minutes (not 360 minutes)
Details text Add a short elaboration of the activity when necessary, especially for "other"
More detailed comments can be entered below in the "Comments" box
Paddock   Select from drop-down list
Effort integer The percentage of the time spent in each paddock (average for whole team).
Team Members text List the members of the team for this activity. Please put team leader's name first, and separate all names with commas.
Additional Comments text Enter any additional information here, including more details of the activity, what was achieved, etc.
GPS Track Available   Select "YES" if a GPS track is available for this activity, and email the .gpx file to the webmaster.
email address text If you enter your email address correctly you will receive a copy of your logged data by email.
Password text Please enter the password that has been sent to you. If you haven't received a password, email the webmaster to obtain one.
Submit   This submits the data you have just entered, unless there are errors in the form, in which case messages in red will indicate where you need to make changes.

If there are no errors the data will be sent to the website and if you enter your email address a copy will be sent to you. Successful submission is indicated by a message including a timestamp for reference (and to let you check if a second or subsequent submission of data is made in the same session).

Once the data has been successfully submitted a new button appears; click it to simplify sending the gps current and/or waypoint files to the webmaster. Note that this only needs to be done once for each set of files.
